These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BIOHAX Champions website located at biohaxchampions.com (the "Site") and all products and services offered therein. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
BIOHAX Champions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any resale of BIOHAX Champions products for human consumption is strictly prohibited and may be in violation of federal law.
We currently accept Cash App ($arrizon90), Zelle (909-344-4559), Apple Pay (818-272-7831), and cash (in-person pickup only). All payments must be sent within 48 hours of placing your order, or the order may be cancelled.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This confirmation is not a guarantee of fulfillment — orders are fulfilled once payment is verified by BIOHAX Champions.
All prices are listed in USD. BIOHAX Champions reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal. First-time buyer discounts are applied once per customer email address. BIOHAX Champions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount program at any time.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of order confirmation. Uncollected orders may be restocked without refund.
Due to the nature of research compounds and for quality control and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped or picked up.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take 3–5 business days to process.
You may create an account on BIOHAX Champions to save your order history and preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
BIOHAX Champions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to misuse our platform or products.

Order information is received via email to our owner inbox. We do not operate a central database — order data displayed in the owner dashboard is stored in the browser's localStorage on the device used to place the order.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within 10 business days. Note that clearing your browser's localStorage will remove all locally stored account and order data from your device.
